You are looking at a brand new genuine BMW E63 E64 M6 SMG Perlglanz Center Console Trim Plate.  It comes brand new and sealed in factory BMW packaging.  It is also available in black and titanium if you'd prefer either of those colors.  This particular color is actually native to the 2008-2011 M6 but will also fit the 2006-2007 models if you're looking to update one of those.
