You are looking at a brand new genuine Land Rover SVAutobiography Dynamic 2017+ Aluminum Finish with Red Circle Transfer Shift Control Module for a Range Rover L405 2017-2022.  This is a nice accent which replaces your existing assembly.  It likely will also fit the 2013-2016 models but we can't confirm that as LR's parts system indicates it for 2017+ VIN's only.
