You are looking at a brand new genuine BMW ruthenium trim Individual Line steering wheel spoke (set of six - 3 front and 3 back) set for an E85 E86 Z4 (not compatible with the M Sport steering wheel, however) without multi-function buttons.  It can be a stunningly sporty enhancement to an already very sporty interior.  The left and right trims will have holes in them through which you'll fit your buttons.
