Refund policy
Only select brand new, unopened products (at the discretion of EuroActive) may be returned within 14 days of receipt, however, a 25% restocking fee will apply. In these situations, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including the original delivery (even if the product is advertised as "free shipping"). If the product was sold as "free shipping", EuroActive will provide the customer with the actual shipping cost and the shipping fees will be deducted from the final refund. NOTE: Products that were modified in any way, shape, or form (painted, drilled, sanded, cut, etc) are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns/refund/exchange. We highly advise that you check the contents (test fit if needed) prior to installation or modification.
Non-fault / "Change-of-mind" Purchases:These are situations where the purchase was made in error, or if the customer simply changed their mind, and EuroActive is not at fault. They may also be eligible for return/exchange (again subject to preauthorization) and the customer will still be responsible for all shipping costs, including the cost of shipping to the customer from the initial purchase. Refunds (less the shipping amount) will be determined once we receive the goods back to EuroActive and everything has been inspected for damage or tampering. Any sign of damage or tampering will make the purchase ineligible for return/exchange and customer will have the choice to take the item back or forfeit the item completely.
If a product is found damaged in transit or defective upon arrival, please contact euroactive8@gmail.com within one (1) business day of receiving the product. If a product is found defective or damaged in transit, a replacement will be granted, once approved and the original product is received by EuroActive, at EuroActive’s discretion.
