You are looking at a brand new Silver Fiber Grille for a Land Rover Range Rover (G Cat) 2003-2005 model.  Perhaps you've looked at the North American Land Rover website and discovered that the 2006 Range Rover is outfitted wth this style of grille , and you've decided you'd like to have that grille on your Rover.  The only problem is the design is completely different as the headlamps are now a one piece unit coupled with the corner lamps and they're integrated and blend into the grille design.  So, now you have a more viable option.  Its elaborately distinctive design will alter the appearance of your Rover completely, and your Rover will be the envy of all Rover owners.
