 You are looking at a brand new genuine BMW M Engine Cover (Intake Muffler as it's called) for a BMW E71 X6 M 2010-2014 and E70 X5 M 2010-2013.  This unit may fit the other 8 cylinder E70 X5 and E71 X6 models but we don't know for sure.
