This is a brand new OEM Land Rover Heated Steering Wheel Rotation Rotary Coupler/Coupling for a Range Rover L405 2013-2017 and Range Rover Sport L494 2014-2017.  This along with the proper wiring, heated steering wheel, and switch cluster will allow you to retrofit the heating function to your Rover if your factory steering wheel did not support that feature.
