This is a brand new genuine Mercedes-Benz gloss black side skirt insert set of 4 pieces for a 2021+ W223 S Class Sedan with the AMG factory body kit only.  These are the 4 little trim pieces that insert into the AMG side skirts that are chrome or body colored in your side skirts now that you'd like to have black instead.  These pieces are referred to as the "Night Package" by Mercedes-Benz.  We also offer the front and rear bumper  Night Package gloss black trims as well in our eBay Store so please look there for those pieces if you're interested in them as well.
