This is a brand new genuine Land Rover Range Rover Sport L494 2014-2017 rear bumper smooth end cap pair (please indicate if your Sport possesses the Automatic/Autonomous Parking feature or not) in primer.  If you have a 2014-2017 Sport that is not an Autobiography or HST model then you may have noticed that the black bumpy plastic end caps you have sort of take away from the nice aesthetic flow that the aforementioned models more purely achieve.  If you find that to be the eyesore that many owners consider them to be then this pair of smooth painted caps is what you're looking for to give your Sport that HST/Autobiography look that you prefer.  The caps themselves are entirely different in terms of texture as they were smooth and primed for painting originally and not repaints of the bumpy black stock type.  FYI, shown is a Corris Grey painted version but yours will come unpainted so you can have them painted your factory color.
