This is a brand new Cool Box retrofit for a BMW G11 G12 2016-2022 7 Series.  This is the factory refrigerator that some of the 7 Series models came with stock.  This is a complete coolbox/refrigerator OEM BMW retrofit kit.  It comes complete with the unit, wiring, and mounting plate you need to retrofit into your back seat.
