You are looking at a brand new Land Rover dark green and silver rear tailgate grille badge for the Range Rover Sport L494 2014+, Discovery Sport L550, and Range Rover L405 2013+.  This is the badge type found on any Supercharged Range Rover or Range Rover Sport.  Instead of yellow and green the colors are dark green and silver.
