You are looking at a brand new OEM genuine carbon fiber dashboard fascia interior trim kit for a Jaguar X-Type.  It's a two piece set that replaces your existing wood trim or whatever material you presently have.  It's an OEM Jaguar kit so it's an exact fit and not a cheap overlay.
