This listing is for a pair of genuine Mercedes-Benz tail lights for a W220 S Class.  If you have a 2000-2002 S Class without the newer style tail lights and would like to update it to that style tail light, then these will do the trick as they're a direct replacement which do not require any modification.  These lights have a different pattern and a more dramatic effect with the more striking interlaced white and red lines going through the middle of the lenses.
