This is a brand new genuine BMW M5/M6 instrument cluster which you can try to retrofit to a 2004-2010 E60 E61 5 Series sedan or touring or E63 E64 6 Series Coupe or Convertible 2004-2011.  A lot of 5 & 6 owners are looking for various components they can upgrade to make their E60's look, taste, and feel a little more like an M5.  This is another upgrade worth considering if that's your aim.  As for how it's done and if your dealer can input your existing mileage into the new instrument cluster.  This is a great looking addition to your 5's interior.
