This is a brand new genuine wheel cap for Land Rover model vehicles with 16" (in some cases), 18", 19", and 20" wheels (formerly item#STC8547K now RRJ000010MNH).  The wheels for a Land Rover have a hole in the center waiting for just this piece. 

Perhaps you need to replace yours and give them some kick, these will serve that purpose as well.
