This is a pair of 15 Ohm resistors used to handle the excess power the 2010-2012 Range Rover L322 (full size) LED taillights don't need to illuminate properly.  The excess power causes an error message and sometimes flickering so it needs to go somewhere.  That's where these resistors come in.
