 You are looking at a brand new genuine BMW Factory Retrofit Rear Camera Kit for a BMW F25 X3 2011-2017 and F26 X4.  This is the genuine BMW retrofit kit as offered to the European market.  As long as your X3 or X4 is already equipped with Park Distance Control then this kit is compatible with your model.  We'll provide English instructions from BMW.  The kit comes brand new and in original BMW packaging.  We don't provide instruction beyond the supplying the manual, and the computer may have to be reprogrammed to recognize it.  This can be done by any licensed BMW outlet or remotely by many companies offering this service online.
