You are looking at a brand new genuine AUDI 4M Q7 2016+ and B9 Q5 2017+ leather heated steering wheel with Tiptronic Transmission (paddles).  This listing includes all components except for the airbag.  You will transplant your existing airbag into the new steering wheel.  If you're retrofitting it to a model with a non-heated wheel you may need other modules and/or coding.  Please do your research first.
