This is a brand new genuine BMW E60 M5 2006-2010 Climatized Leather Rear Seat Base (Bottom only).  These climatized (heated) seats are only offered in Europe and are OEM BMW.  This package does not include the frame or the foam padding but both are available separately if you don't want to reuse your own.  You have the following seat color options:

Silverstone (shown) Black Portland Natural Sepang Bronze Indianapolis Red Sepang Silver

The picture shown is of an installed and used base.  Yours, of course, will be brand new and in original BMW packaging.
