This is a brand new 2 piece set of genuine MAYBACH logo LED door projectors that get installed at the bottom of your door and subsequently illuminate many MAYBACH logos projected onto the road/ground/pavement beneath when your door is opened.  They're compatible with any W167 GLE, X167 GLS, W463 G Wagen facelift model, and W465 G Wagen.  Purchase includes a left and right side unit.  If ordering for front and rear doors then you'll need to order a quantity of 2 items.
